At the moment, guests can choose from 3 rooms. Current capacity: 10 beds for adults and 2 beds for children with the possibility of increasing the number of guests. There is an opportunity to increase the number of rooms by another 3-4 apartments after a small renovation. Additionally, you can create a small but cozy room for administrative staff.

The pension is registered on Booking and AirBnB and has a very high rating. It offers free Wi-Fi, a garden and parking.

The fenced area has a recreation area and enough space to accommodate a swimming pool, a children’s corner, and a barbecue area. It is possible to increase the number of parking spaces for guests.

The house is located in a dead-end street, with only one neighbor nearby.

The largest Czech market and grocery stores are within 6-9 minutes by car or bus. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the pension. Hospitals, schools, kindergartens, sports clubs are all nearby.

A very beautiful park, where people come in early spring to see the flowering of rhododendrons and roses from all over the Czech Republic, as well as a large shopping area, are 15 minutes away by car.

The center of Prague can be reached by car in 20 minutes and by public transport in 30 minutes. The development of the area involves the construction of a new terminal station of the metro line D, which significantly increases the attractiveness of the place and the value of the property.

A picnic area, beautiful sunsets and nightingale trills are a nice free bonus!
